RETURN, AND CREDIT POLICY

 RETURN AUTHORIZTION OR CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

  • MERCHANDISE PURCHASED YEARS AGO AND NOT ROTATED OUT OF INVENTORY
  • MERCHANDISE DAMAGED DUE TO IMPROPER STORAGE
  • DISCONTINUED MERCHANDISE (These items are clearly marked on Invoice)
  • MERCHANDISE THAT IS NOT SOLD BY JJJ Distributors
  • CREDIT IS GIVEN BETWEEN 20% AND 50% OF ORIGINAL PRICE

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SALE OF ANY MERCHANDISE.

WE DO NOT TAKE BACK OVERSTOCKED MERCHANDISE

POLICY COVERING RETURNS

  • OUR OFFICE WILL ISSUE AN RMA# THAT MUST BE WRITTEN ON ALL BOXES AND PAPERWORK.
  • FULL CREDIT SHALL BE GIVEN FOR MERCHANDISE SHIPPED IN ERROR CLEAN AND UNMARKED. MERCHANDISE WILL BE CREDITED AFTER RECEIPT AND INSPECTION IN OUR WAREHOUSE.
  • WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM THE OFFICE, OUR DRIVERS WILL NOT PICK UP A RETURN.  FOR YOUR PROTECTION A PACKING SLIP WITH RMA # MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS.  PLEASE HAVE YOUR RETURN READY FOR THE DRIVER TO PICK UP.  DRIVER CAN NOT WAIT FOR RETURN IF NOT READY.
  • WHEN REQUESTING AN RMA # – PLEASE PROVIDE AND WRITE CLEARLY, DESCRIPTION OF THE GOODS, INVOICE NUMBER AND REASONS FOR RETURN. RMA MUST INCLUDE INVOICE # FOR CREDIT TO BE ISSUED 
  • SHORTAGES OR BROKEN MERCHANDISE IN TRANSIT MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS.
