We deliver through our own delivery trucks, USPS, FedEx or UPS).

On average, you will need to wait 1-3 days to allow for shipping and transport. To make any other arrangements, message us and/or check the tracking number for additional info.

Orders & Returns
To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.
Please contact a member of the customer service team if you need to make a change to your order (this is not guaranteed if outside time frame). If you need to cancel please call us as soon as possible. If cancellation outside of time frame and order has been processed a 10% restock fee will be applied.

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner UPS, FedEx, USPS or other shipping company containing your package’s tracking information. If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be sent out during the next working day, so you can allow additional days to receive your tracking details.
